Artisans of CQ value having you as part of our Market Community. We respect your privacy and we have procedures in place to ensure we protect your personal information.

Any external links to other websites or Social Media pages are clearly identifiable as such and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these other websites.

The information we collect includes, but is not limited to:

Full Name, property address, email address, phone number, car license plate number and Next of Kin contact details (for emergency purposes), product details and links to social media accounts for advertising purposes.

Artisans of CQ will contact you primarily by the email address or the phone number you have supplied in your application and every Stallholder is required to keep us updated with a valid email address and phone number in order to receive messages. You may inform Artisans of CQ of any changes relating to your personal data and we will update or delete your information accordingly.

The above information can only be accessed by Artisans of CQ owners and administrators.

We promise to NEVER sell or rent your personal information to third parties

Artisans of CQ will not share your personal information with other vendors within the Artisans of CQ network.

Artisans of CQ retains your information – either in physical format or as electronic data until all our legal and/or tax obligations have expired; or we no longer require the information for the purpose it was collected and then we will take the necessary steps to destroy it.

Artisans of CQ does not retain any financial information and uses TryBooking as a third-party provider to process stall fees and refunds, if necessary.  We recommend that you make yourself familiar with TryBooking’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.  Artisans of CQ takes no responsibility for their conduct or policies. If an application is found that is a suspected infringement of copyright laws or intellectual property laws, this is escalated to Artisans of CQ management and assessed case by case.  Where severe cases of infringement arise, the business name will only be provided to the stallholder who is affected by the infringement.  The affected stallholder may wish to pursue legal action once this notification has been received and Artisans of CQ take no part in this process beyond notification.  No personal details will be provided to the affected stallholder and the infringement will not be shared within the Artisans of CQ network by any of the Artisans of CQ owners or staff members.

Should you engage with Artisans of CQ through social media and allow us to link your account with us through third party social media applications, you may allow us to have access to certain information available on your account.  We recommend that you review your privacy settings so that you can control what information may be shared to the public online. Any personal information made available to Artisans of CQ through social media is handled and stored in the same manner as the information supplied on your application form and email correspondence.

For the purposes of promoting Stallholders and their products, Artisans of CQ will use photos and images procured by our own photographer at each market. By applying for a stall site, you give permission for Artisans of CQ to post these images and reference the appropriate use royalty free. If you wish to rescind permission for Artisans of CQ to obtain and use photos of your stall/products for promotional purposes, you are required to notify us in writing at least seven days before Market Day.

Artisans of CQ reserves the right to modify this privacy statement at any time and will communicate changes by posting a notice on our website, so please check back periodically. By submitting your application for a stall with Artisans of CQ, you agree to your information to be managed in accordance with this privacy policy date September 2022.
